- Oil monthly with food-grade mineral oil, or when the wood feels dry and rough to the touch, to nourish and maintain its lustre.

Cherry wood

Cherry wood is one of the most popular choices for cutting boards. Both hard and dense, it is gentle on knives, naturally durable, and visually appealing.
