Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind at this time.

However, we stand behind the quality of every one of our cutting boards.

If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@chezmargaux.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Each Chez Margaux board is made from solid natural wood.

Variations in grain, tone, and subtle movement over time are part of the character of the material.

If your board develops an unusual structural crack or defect within 30 days under normal household use, we will replace it.

Natural wood variation and gradual changes over time are part of the material and not considered defects.

Damage caused by soaking, dishwasher use, prolonged water exposure, or improper care is not covered.

Each order is carefully packed in Montréal in collaboration with the CROM community program, supporting meaningful local employment.
