It began in a home where food was central and guests were constant. When no one was coming over, a young Margaux would ask, “But who’s coming for dinner?”

Growing up with severe food allergies, Margaux developed a deeply personal relationship with food and learned early on to see limitations as an invitation to create and to find joy in the kitchen.

As a teenager, hosting friends became a second nature. Her dietary restrictions often made her the de facto chef, and alongside countless hours cooking with her mother, what began as necessity slowly turned into passion. Years later, Margaux returned to the kitchen with a familiar purpose: to share the joy she had found in cooking and hosting, and to make the kitchen and table places of confidence, care, and connection for people everywhere.
